  • Live in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Have reached the age of majority in the province of residence.
  • Use a Scene+ card with a qualifying purchase or follow the official no-purchase route.

  • No purchase is necessary because an essay-based email route is available.
  • Each qualifying purchase creates one entry and the rules state no purchase-entry limit.

Super C Survey Contest 2025–2026

Quebec residents aged 18 or older can complete the Super C customer survey for a chance to win a monthly C$1,000 gift-card prize.

How to enter
  • Visit the official Super C survey website.
  • Enter the requested receipt or alternate-entry details and complete the survey.
  • Submit no more than one entry in any seven-day period and four entries during the full contest.
What are the prizes?

Main prize: Twelve monthly prizes of C$1,000 in Super C gift cards, with one prize awarded for each monthly draw during the contest period.

  • Be a resident of Quebec aged 18 or older.
